Common questions

I forgot my password

On the login screen tap Forgot password? and enter your username. A reset code is sent to your registered email.

My coins are missing

Open your account history in the app to see every coin transaction. If something still looks wrong, email us with your username and the approximate time.

A purchase didn't arrive

Wait a few minutes and restart the app. If coins still haven't arrived, email us with the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.

Can I sell or cash out coins?

No. Coins have no cash value and can only be used inside Rkado. Anyone offering to buy or sell coins for money is breaking our Terms — please report them.

Someone is bothering me

Block them and use Report User. See our Community Guidelines.
