Community Guidelines

Rkado is a place to chat, make friends and play. These rules apply everywhere in Rkado: chat rooms, private and group chats, profiles, miniblog posts, comments and stories.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats or stalking.
• No hate speech or attacks based on religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability.
• Respect room owners and moderators.

Keep it safe and legal

• Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities. See Child Safety.
• No nudity or sexually explicit content.
• No violent or graphic content, self-harm promotion, or illegal drugs and weapons.
• Do not share anyone's private information (phone numbers, addresses, photos) without their consent.

Keep it fair

• No selling or buying coins, accounts or items for real money, and no "cash-out" offers.
• No cheating in games: bots, scripts, bugs, collusion or multiple accounts.
• No spam, scams, phishing or fake giveaways.
• Do not impersonate Rkado staff, Officials or other users.

Report and block

Use Report User on a profile or in the chat menu, and Block to stop someone contacting you. You can also email [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by our staff.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is: content removal, mute, kick or block from a room, coin or item removal, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious illegal content is reported to the authorities.
