Delete Your Rkado Account

Effective 9 October 2026

Option 1 — In the app

Open Rkado → Settings → Delete account, confirm with your password, and the deletion starts. (Available in app version 3.3.174 and later.)

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my Rkado account" and your username. We may ask you to confirm before deleting. We complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, username, email, password and profile (pictures, status, details)
• Your miniblog posts, comments, stories, friends and followers
• Your private and group messages, photos and voice notes you sent
• Your coins, gifts, emoticons, badges and other virtual items — these are not refunded

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase and coin transaction records: up to 5 years, where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or the law
• Records of bans and serious violations: to stop banned users from returning
• Backups: overwritten on a rolling basis within about 30 days

Messages you sent in public chat rooms are already removed automatically after about 7 days.

Delete only some data

You can delete individual posts, comments and stories in the app at any time, or email [email protected] to ask for specific data to be deleted without closing your account.
